Hubby sent me a link to this article about introverts because, well, he’s an introvert.
If you’re an extrovert, as the majority of people are, this article gives some good insights into understanding why introverts are the way they are. As I read it, I thought this would also be useful information for writers wanting to do characterization work for an introverted character.

This extrovert wants to say “hi” and to tell you we saw your dad last week. We were going into the local pizza joint and he was sitting on the bench outside smoking. He’s always glad to see us as he always looks so lonely sitting by himself. The last time we saw him (alipurr and girls were with us) we invited him to come sit with us. He stayed the entire time and even had a bite with us. He seemed to enjoy being with the girls. Hope you get the chance to visit the folks occasionally. Haven’t seen your mom in quite a while, though. Hope she’s okay.
Tell hubby that it’s okay to be an introvert. He has many wonderful qualities and I’m sure you love them all.
Have a wonderful Sunday you two. Alipurr and her gang are coming for a cookout and swim (if it doesn’t storm again). If it does, we will be eating inside.

Hey, Trish! Great Link. Nice of Jody to let you borrow. Season 1 is good, Season 2 is good, too. The Angel thing is a great plot, but I got really excited around season 5 were everything got weird. *snort* I really wanted SPIKE in my vampire quiz, but I guess we’re just not soul mates *sigh*
Hope you enjoy and take care of your introvert!

Hi, Motherkitty. I saw the folks a couple of weeks ago, talk to Mom once a week (and Dad if he’s home). Will be calling today since it’s Father’s Day, though I sound horrid (sinus infection).
LOL, Kendra, on Captain Jack.

This is soooo funny, because my husband sent me this article in my email a few years ago. I printed it and have it filed away for safe keeping. Thanks for the link!

I’m an introvert. My DH is an extrovert. We … try to understand each other.

Tanya, hubby and I are the exact opposite of you and yours. What really struck me was the part in the article about the introvert having to rest and regenerate after having to be in a social setting. He’s totally like that.
