Whew! That was the sound of me finishing up the final edits on my May book, Her Very Own Family, and sending them in to my editor today. They arrived on my doorstep while I was in Washington, D.C., and I was only home one day before heading out of town again for Thanksgiving. Ack! But through several hours of reading yesterday after we got home and this morning, I was able to finish them up and get them in on time. Yay!

The TiVo has been busting at the seams the past couple of weeks since I’ve been too busy to watch everything. But I did watch the Survivor Gabon from when I was in D.C., the one where nasty Randy got blindsided. Best…Tribal…Council…Ever! Like Sugar, Crystal, et al, I was totally cracking up as Randy smirked as he played the fake immunity idol that Bob had made while at Exile Island after realizing the real idol had already been found. Way to go, Bob! Even Marcus and Charlie on the jury were having a hard time not totally losing it. Now if those who are left can just get rid of Corrine, who has my vote as one of the witchiest players ever, I can be okay with whoever wins even though my favorites are Sugar and Bob then Matty. I’d LOVE to see Sugar win after all of Corrine’s nasty comments about hating her and thinking she was so stupid. And it’d be nice to see Bob win because he’s an older guy but very resourceful and amazingly good at challenges.

So, any Survivor watchers out there? Who is your favorite? Who do you think will win?

    Hey Trish,

I watch Survivor, too, and have to agree that watching Randy get voted off was a treat!!!

My pick is definitely Bob. I’d love to see the brainy guy get it. And he is very resourceful. I also like Sugar, but was very disappointed when she let some of the other players play her. I think she should have stuck with her original alliance. Just my thoughts….grin….

As to who I think will win, man I hope it is not Crystal. I had high hopes for her in the beginning. But she has turned out to be a real disappointment athletic wise and personality wise. Just my thought on this!!!!

    Tami

I agree about Crystal. About Sugar, I think when you’re in that environment, it induces a lot of paranoia. So I can see how she got duped.
