I have now done three loads of laundry in my new laundry room. I know, it’s a thrill a minute here. Ah, the exotic life of the published author. Snort!
As promised, here are the before and after shots. Caution, the before shots showcase extreme ickiness. Bleh.

It’s a small room, so it was hard for me to get a good angle to show the entire room at once. But you get the idea. No water damage! No mold! Non-leaking water heater! It’s so new that you can still see the paint drying in one of the after shots. Seriously, you don’t realize how often you turn on a faucet and expect water to come out until you can’t and have to go stay in a hotel until you have running water again.

Wow, Trish! Those before shots are kind of icky looking! But the afters are lovely!! Great new colors, too! VERY glad for you that it’s all hunky dory now!

Thanks. I do really like the new room. Don’t like the price tag that came with it though. Oh, well, the joys of home ownership.
