I found out this morning that I’m a Golden Heart finalist again this year, the third year in a row! The manuscript is one that finaled in 2003 in an earlier version. It’s been revised since then, so I’m happy it’s made it to the limelight again. So, I’ll get to sit in the front during the awards ceremony in Reno this summer. Yea!! That’s always fun because of the nervous energy and excitement among the finalists. Plus, you can actually see the stage up there.

Thanks, Kathy! Finaling in the GH is a huge honor, and I feel fortunate to have done so 4 times now. But maybe I’ll be inelgible next year…meaning I’ll have sold a book.
